NCE-T Lite crash

Hello,


When clicking NE Explorer -> Performance -> Current performance, the NCE client crash.

When doing the same from main menu Monitor -> Performance -> WDM Performans problem does not occure. Only when checking performance from NE Explorer

Interner browser: Microsoft Edge Version 91.0.864.67 (same problem occurred on firefox, version to be confirmed)

Windows version: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

NCE -T Lite V100R019C00SPC602

OSN1800V V100R006C20SPC500


Maybe it is a problem with Edge and Firefox? I should use Chrome?

Dear friend!
1. Please check whether processes related to manage NEs on NCE are running properly. If the related process is not running, start it manually.
2. If the processes are running properly, please try another PC client, this troubleshoots the web browser. Also, check whether special antivirus software and firewalls are installed on your PC. Check whether there are datacom devices between the PC and the NCE server.

3. If the problem persists restart the NCE server.
4. If the problem still persists, you need to send NCE run logs to the Huawei R&D team and ask them to analyze and provide solutions for you.

Thanks, is nothing urgent. I am verifying the ports between Serve - NE, maybe this causes the NCE to crash.

Incorrectly Displayed Web Pages on Firefox

Symptom

When you use Firefox to access the web client, a dark shadow appears on the screen when you scroll the mouse wheel. Configure Firefox to resolve this problem. In this section, Firefox 68 is used as an example.

Possible Causes

The settings of the browser parameters are incorrect.

Troubleshooting Procedure

  1. In the upper right corner of the Firefox window, click en-us_image_0188627993.png.

  2. Click Options.

  3. In the navigation pane, choose General. In Performance area in the right pane, deselect Use recommended performance settings, and then deselect Use hardware acceleration when available.

  4. Restart Firefox.

Hello, I tried, no improvements, same error.
Here are more details:

1) Problem occurred for different users using different browsers (FF & Edge Chromium).
2) My FF version is 80.0.1. Problem persist when disabled hardware acceleration.
3) Mgmt host is in one subnet, NCE together with NEs in another. There is no firewall between NCE and NE. There was nothing blocked on the firewall for all connections from mgmt. to NCE.

When error popup was raised in browser, corresponded tcp session (port 31493) was closed at the same time. Traffic was captured traffic between NCE and browser (this session was built earlier with success and some amount of data was exchanged between endpoints). TLS close was initiated by NCE side.
