Problem Description
Through the correct IP and Port can't access the function on NCE error notice as followed
Problem Analysis
Testing the SMS gateway server from home NCE,it was found that the network is unreachable,when alarm raised,the alarm service will call HomePageNoticeService's api to send sms,if there are to many send sms request from alarm service,it will generate a lot of stuck threads and make HomePageNotice Service unavailable.
It was found that user who enabled SMS function was as follow
Root Cause
The IP address of the SMS server or email server configured on NCE is disconnected from the node where HomePageNotice resides.When a large number of alarms are reported,the alarm notification thread of NCE is suspended.As a result, the service displayed on the client page is abnormal,and the NCE O&M plane is unavailable.
Solution Description
This problem was solved in NCE version SPC602
