In this article we will learn more features of the NCE-FANS platform. We will view the features and understand the benefits of using this platform.
Region:
We know that we can have multiple OLTs in different regions. The platform has a functionality to create regions and sites, helping in the management and organization of our network. Plan and manage region and site information. Allocate OLTs or ONTs to regions or sites so that resources can be managed by region or site in a centralized manner, improving O&M efficiency.

OLT:
In the OLT section, we can view the “device name”, device model, IP address, region, status, number of active ports, number of subscribers, number of alarms, number of Uplink ports, and alarms
In addition, we have the following operations:
We can reset, save, and perform a switch over on the OLT.
Board:
We were able to visualize the board inserted in the OLT, model, SN, and alarms.
We were able to perform actions on these boards: We can reset, enable, disable, and confirm them.
PON port:
Viewing PON ports, we can view all ports of our OLT, view ONTs that are not registered, enable and disable ONU auto Discovery, and view alarms
Uplink Port:

We can modify this port:
VLAN:
We can view the created VLANs
And create new VLANs if necessary
ONT:
We can view the ONTs that are ONLINE, model, SN, management and configuration status.Perform operations like delete, activate, deactivate, reset, restore defaults.
