According to statistics, more than 50% of home broadband faults are related to Wi-Fi networks. Users often complain about home Wi-Fi networks. Moreover, due to the lack of proactive and efficient troubleshooting methods, about 30% of home Wi-Fi network faults need to be rectified on site by field engineers. To solve these problems, and improve the broadband user experience, Huawei launched the NCE-FAN Smart Home solution. With this solution, carriers can view the home network information, configure home Wi-Fi networks, and quickly handle user home network issues.

Visualization of Home Network Quality
Provides the connection status of a home network, real-time uplink and downlink rates of devices, uplink and downlink negotiated rates of AP/STA, online status of devices, the topology of the gateway, APs and STAs, the number of STAs connected to the gateway and APs. Provides home network topologies of the past 7 days
We were able to visualize the amount of STA connected to our ONT, as well as the 2.4 or 5Ghz frequency.
