Navigator can not login to the OSN 9800

Kindly support in this case . problem in login to the OSN 9800 as we tried multIPle solutions like restart the U2000 , restart the PDU , swap the EFI board , check the network cable , check the IP address and mask but still the problem exist

I think it may be that the NM_ETH port is disabled, please clear the database of SCC.
