NAT Configuration inquiries for VCN 540

Problem Description : NAT Configuration inquiries

Analysis Progress :

1) Checked the documentation and sent to customer regarding to this port which related to NAT

2) Provide the steps on how to set up the NAT

Local Configuration > Server Configuration

Note : Normally using the port 554 which is the service used to view the video. The NAT IP should be the Public IP. May use another port as well if wish to use the certain function. Port for related function as written in Step 1.

Root Cause : Current NAT configuration haven't set up so the NAT can't be used in VCN

Solution Description : After set up the NAT configuration, the VCN can view the video.
