My Switch Password

Hi,
Try the below link for a complete reset.

get one console cable and try the below procedure for without resetting,

please note that you need to reboot the switch. so downtime will be there.

Hi,
If you can log in to the device, just modify the password using the local-user password command.

If you can't log in to the device, please restart the device, press CTRL+B within 3 seconds to enter the BootLoader main menu during the startup. Then you can find the option to clear the console login password.
