After the processed resource opinions are closed by handlers or owners, all the previous records will be deleted. The client users can resend feedbacks.
1.Log in to My Support, Choose Feedback > Feedback Processed from the navigation tree. The page shown in Figure 1 is displayed.

2.By setting Product Line , Feedback Resource , Date Range , Description, Status , and Submitter Role , filter out the resource opinions to be exported.
3.Select the check boxes before the resource opinions and click Close .
