- A software applicant can choose My Support > My Applications > Software Requests and cancel the application in Return to committer for modification state.
- A common case contributor can choose My Support > My Applications > Contributed Articles and cancel the application in Return to committer for modification state.
- An optimized case author can choose My Support > My Applications > Case Optimization Application and cancel the application in Return to committer for modification state.
The operations for canceling the software, common cases and optimized case applications are the same. This page uses the operation for canceling the software application as an example.
1.Log in to My Support, Choose My Applications > Software Requests to go to the page shown in Figure 1.

2.Set the filter criteria Application Number and Date Range to search for the applications you want to cancel. Alternatively, find the applications in Return to committer for modification state from the software list.
The filter criterion Status does not provide the option Return to committer for modification. Therefore, you cannot filter applications based on the status.
3.Click Application Number to go to the software application details page, and click Cancel.
