Only Huawei engineers have permission to approve software applications.
Using this task, authorized users can approve software applications.
1. Log in to My Support, Choose My To-Do > Software Requests. The page shown in Figure 1 is displayed.

2.If there are many applications, set Application Number ,Applicant or Region to filter applications.
3.Click an application Number in the application list, view the application details, and decide whether to approve the application. See Figure 2.

4.In Processing Information , select an item Operation, provide reasons in Comments, and click Submit.
After the software is approved, select the download expiration date of the software. Users are not allowed to download the software when the expiration date reaches.
