My ONT dont received the IP addres from OLT

Hi dear,
Can anybody help me to troubleshoot this issue
I have already configure the ONT HG8245H from OLT huawei MA5608T
But the ONT still didn’t receive IP

Hi,
the issue we can see is there is not any MAC address record, if the MAC address of the user cannot be found, it indicates that the packet of user side does not arrive at the service board, or the MAC address of the user is not learned normally after the packet arrives at the board.


If the ONT configuration from MA5608T is correct, The handling methods are as follows:
1. Check whether the number of MAC addresses that can be learned by the service flow is limited on the service-port.
2. Reset the terminal. After the reset is complete, check whether the MAC address can be learned.
3. Reset the board. After the board is normal, check whether the MAC address can be learned.
4. Set traffic-suppress service-board unicast to a larger value or replace a non-CorronaG board.

If the problem still persists after these operations, please query more information of the HG8245H status from MA5608T and then contact global TAC or local TAC for a remote location.
