Here, on the Huawei Enterprise Community, we value passion and excellence in all forms Because of this reason, we've decided to interview our MVE members in order to get to know them better and find out what drives them the most in life.
This week we'll get to know more about Mohamed Ben Abdallah, also known as @wissal in the Huawaei Enterprise Community. He has a strong backround in the telecommunication engineering and, for the past 19 years, he's been working as a Senior Project Manager at Tunisie Telecom, a major Huawei Partner.
Q1. How would you describe yourself in only three words?
Generous, Rigorous and Evolving.
Q2. Choices define us. Why did you choose a technical path?
Telecoms have been in my head since my childhood.
Q3. What do you enjoy the most about your field?
Technology changes every day and I update my knowledge every day.
Q4. What do you enjoy the least about your field?
The great diversity of products and rapid technological changes in our field.
Q5. What was the most challenging part about a project you were working on, in the past?
Interconnection between different products and providers.

Q6. What about your favorite part?
Transmission Network & Access Network.
Q7. What professional certification are your most proud of and why?
Optix RTN 900 Network Planning and 3rd Line Maintenances Training.
Became a Huawei certified Routing & Switching Expert.

Q8. What was your motivation to pass this certification?
It will allow me to master how to plan, design & maintain Optix RTN network.
Q9. How did you prepare for the exams?
In addition to the training course, I prepared for all the old exams and I reviewed all the related posts in the corresponding forum in the HESC.
Q10. Do you feel like this certification has helped you encounter better career opportunities? If yes, how?
I’m always looking for new challenges and opportunities.
Since 2017, I’m Senior Project Manager of Huawei contract for Transmission & Access products.

The design and implementation of a complete solution for an event made up of different fields & providers (fixed, mobile and Wi-Fi)
Q12. Do you have any advice for those who are initiates in the technical domain?
I would recommend for those who are initiates in the technical domain, HESC to face new challenges and knowledge.

Sharing my professional experiences and becoming the best technical contributor.
