Hi all,
Recently, we have encountered several cases where installer which wanted to commission two SUN2000L inverters into the same customer noticed some abnormal behavior of the connection between inverters and FusionSolar / FusionHome APP: while the first inverter was commissioned and was fine, the second one was unable to connect (the APP rejected the connection with inverter or remained stucked).
He have noticed that the issue appeared when both inverters were installed near to eachother and this could be related to the fact that the builtin Wi-Fi transmiters from each inverter could interferate.
If you encounter this kind of situation, we advise you to proceed like this:
- finish the installation on both inverters;
- turn off one of them;
- commission the first inverter, connect it to the Wi-Fi router from the customer, then to the monitoring portal and when everything works fine turn it off;
- turn on the second inverter, commission it, connect it to the Wi-Fi router from the customer, then to the monitoring portal;
- turn on also the first inverter and both of them should be fine and communicate with the monitoring portal.
If you don't manage to solve it, please give us a call while you're on site or send us an email: eu_inverter_support@huawei.com
