Yes. Sister.
I am really happy to ask this kind of question because we can also refresh our knowledge.

Based on your questions all answers are wrong and have no valid answers, I hope something typing mistake.
anyway, the answer is the Shortest Path Tree (SPT)

Explanation:

A shortest-path tree (SPT) is a multicast distribution tree (MDT) with the multicast source at the root and group members at leaves. SPTs can be used in PIM-DM, Protocol Independent Multicast-Sparse Mode (PIM-SM), and Protocol Independent Multicast-Source-Specific Multicast (PIM-SSM) scenarios.

Hi,
You are right, there is no correct answer. PIM-DM maintains the SPT, while PIM-SM maintains the SPT and RPT.
Actually, I would say that your exam questions are scanned from a book, and the scanner mistakenly identified SPT as SFT.

PIM-DM periodically performs flood-prune operations to build up and maintain a shortest path tree (SPT) that connects a multicast source and multicast receivers.
