This post explains how to deal with MU offline of the VCN and the Troubleshooting steps did. 

Problem Description

MU offline on OMU web page (all cameras cannot be shown on the live feed, error code:109100033)

Problem Analysis

1. Login IVS client and check all cameras, they are online and can ping them but cannot be shown on the live feed.
   

2. Check the MU module on the OMU web page and tried to restart it but it failed to restart.
   

3. Check the hard disks on OMU web page and by command line, I find it is normal as shown:
   

   

4. Check recording files at the MU module and it was normal.

   

5. Check the directory files as shown below and found the OPT file was full.

   

6. Check /opt directory files and find it is 100% use.

   

Root Cause

MU offline due to the opt directory reached 100% that why the live view is not viewing.

Solution

1. Delete some opt Files, Clear some space on directory files.
   

2. After Clearing the space issue is resolved.
