Ensure that the switching mode is set to revertive mode. After the working channel recovers, the system checks for 10 minutes by default. If no exception occurs, the system issues a command to switch services to the working channel. If the switchover fails, perform a manual switchover.

Switching Mode is Revertive.When I select working Unit and right click I can get option Manual switching to protection.Now service is running via protection.

If your protection is non-revertive and you want to get service back to the main path and clear the swutching alarm , then you should make a manual switch to switch service back to the main path.

I need to make Non-Revertive Switching into Idel. If I right click on Non-Revertive Switching,I am getting clear option.If I clear the Non-Revertive Switching status, will this affect service?

As you explained earlier , the staff just disconnected the working path and then get it back .
So if the working path now is normal and optical power is normal , so you can just clear the switching or make manual switching to get traffic back to the working link and . There will be no affect on the traffic.
