MPU report subsystem process restart

Hi,All

After VCN3020 expansion, all 5 MPU reported subsystem process restart.

 What is the cause of this problem

Here is a case, hope that can help you.

【Problem description】

MPU reports  subsystem process restart.

【Root cause】

The privilege of the IVS_MU file which is used for the record process restart is changed and the system couldn't delete it. So a duplicate alarm is raised.

【Workaround】

Delete the /alarm/IVS_MU file

【Solution】

It has been solved in the VIR3C10 Version.

【DTS】

This is the ticket number to solve the problem: DTS2018111605153.
