MPPT multi-peak scanning + optimizer

HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Is MPPT multi-peak scanning available to SUN2000-3-10KTL-M1 inverters? Suppose this setting is only visible to installers?

For roofs with partial shadowing, does it make sense to enable MPPT multi-peak scanning even with optimizers (either Tigo or Huawei) being used?

Thought this was a community that knew things too, preventing this question in the future. Too bad.

For those who want an answer which I got from the German Photovoltaikforum...

MPPT multi-peak scanning is available to all KTL M1 inverters. The option is visible through FusionSolar and SUN2000 apps when being logged in with installer privileges.

I don't know however whether it is a good idea to enable it in combination with optimizers (Huawei or Tigo). I think I will omit optimizers as I have only some shadowing from a dormer in the morning and evening. I think I will rely on Huawei's global peak feature...

Another guy on the Photovoltaik forum reported that MPPT multi-peak scanning is enabled by default, but disabled in case optimizers are detected. This obviously only works for Huawei optimizers. I don't know what the best strategy is in case Tigo optimizers are being used.
