L2vc is used for VLL. VSI is used for VPLS.
VLL is a point-to-point Layer 2 tunneling technology based on MPLS technology. Traditional VLL (the mode of MPLS L2VPN cannot directly exchange between multiple points at the service provider.
Based on the traditional MPLS L2VPN solution, VPLS is a technology based on Ethernet and MPLS label switching:
Because Ethernet itself has the characteristics of supporting multi-point communication, VPLS technology can realize the requirements of multi-point communication.
At the same time, VPLS is a Layer 2 label switching technology. From the user side, the entire MPLS IP backbone network is a Layer 2 switching device. PE devices do not need to perceive private network routes.

The mpls command enables MPLS on an interface.

The undo mpls command disables MPLS on an interface.

By default, no interface is enabled with MPLS.

The mpls command does not take effect in the tunnel interface view.

Usage Scenario

On a network where MPLS services are deployed, after enabling MPLS on a node, enable MPLS on the interfaces of the node before performing other MPLS configurations.

Prerequisites

MPLS has been enabled globally using the mpls (system view) command.

Precautions

Running the undo mpls command in the interface view deletes all MPLS configurations on the interface.

thanks for clarifying the main differences, but at performance level, regarding the forwarding of pps and throughput packets, is there any difference?

they are almost same, you can use either of them based on your real network.

I never had any difference of performance using both types. But I prefer to use undo portswitch, cause to prevent a possible of any problem with STP or other L2 protocols. With MPLS I don't see any case whitch is necessary use VLAN in BackBone.
About L2VC or VSI, I always present to my students a comparison. L2VC is like a cable. I offer this service ever I need to connect point-to-point. Is better because your equipment don't use resources more than necessary.
I say that VSI is like a Virtual Switch, where my equipment need to process all L2 protocols and learn MAC, not only pass all the packets from one side to other, like the L2VC do. I use VSI only when I need more then two connected circuits.
