In case of 2 paths with matching affinity, what is the next property it'll look for a tie break ?

Can affinity work as priority ?

1.select the one with the largest reserved bandwitdth
2.select the path with the minimum hops
3.select the top one in the PATH list

Thanks all, I've got it working with:
1 Main path using explicit-path
2 Backup using Common backup mode
