Mouse & keyboard are invalid after power off then power on TC.

[Issue diagnostic]


End user reported that their mouse and keyboard couldn't be used after powering on the TC.

They must pull the USB interface out, then re-insert it into the TC. Only like that it would be recovered. It affects the mood of working early in the morning.


TC mode: CT3200


Firmware ver: 1.80.05


[Root cause]


This is about a compatibility issue. In the case of the USB mouse and keyboard, before powering on TC, if you have already inserted the USB deivce, some USB equipment can't be automatically recognized by the system.


The TC vendor will update the compatible patch for thin client products regularly.


[Solution]


At present, the compatible issue can be soved after you install the latest patch.

For the installation: please use TCM to distribute the patch to TCs.
