we have a server IBMC the product and mother board S/N were blank after using elabel tool the product S/N indicated but the Motherboard S/N still missed is it an IBMC bug or what ?

What is the type of server? and what the version of iBMC?

It is not a bug, sometimes you cannot see the serial number of the mainboard because the iBMA was not installed on the server.
