Mot de passe oublie pour switch quidway s3700 series

je suis responsable informatique d'une entreprise. Je voudrais acceder à la configuration du switch quidiway s3700 series mais le probleme est que je ne detiens pas le mot de passe du BootLoader qui a été changé par l'ancien Administrateur du reseau . Depuis lors j'ai fais toutes les tentatives possibles mais en vain s'il vous plait aidez moi .J'en ai vraiment besoin pour comprends comment le plan d'adressage est etabli.

Hello,
The default password of the bootrom menu is huawei or Admin@huawei.com.

If you can log in to the device through the console/telnet/ssh. you can use the reset boot password command to reset the password of the BootROM menu, as below.

<Quidway> reset boot password

The password used to enter the boot menu by clicking Ctrl+B will be restored to the default password, continue? [Y/N]y

Info: Succeeded in setting password of boot to "Admin@huawei.com". 

If you cannot log in to the device or enter the BootROM menu, I'm afraid you'll have to return the equipment to the factory for repair.

Salut Popey . Merci pour votre réponse mais le problème est que j'ai pas ce compte TELNET. La personne qui l'avait n'a laissé aucun document sur ça . C'est ce qui fait je peux pas accéder au menu BootROM.
Je compte sur vous pour solutionner ce problème .
