HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hei Guys,

I will need your help to solve an issue.

NCE-T: V1R19C00SPC602

OSN1800 V pro: V1R19C10SPC700+SPH701

The device is reporting the alarm "MODULE_NOT_AUTHENTICATE", but NCE-T alarm list is not reporting this alarm. It is not suppressed.

Maybe NCE version doesn't support this alarm? Or is a problem with alarm setting rules?

Thanks

Dear friend!
Check the following information:
1. Check whether the communication between the NE and NCE is normal,
2. Check whether the NE performance monitoring is activated (including 15-minute and 24-hour performance monitoring).
3. Check whether alarm reversion is enabled on the NE.
4. Check whether NCE is running properly.
In addition, check whether the NE user (such as Root) is in the login state. If the fault persists, synchronize alarms.

If the problem persists, restart the SCC board of the NE. This operation is risky. You are advised to apply for an operation window.

If the problem still persists, restart the NMS.

Thank you!
