Hello there,

I am new to Huawei Networking Kit so please try reply in simple and easy steps.

We have purchased 25x S5700 and S6700 switches to deploy it on our new site. I am looking if there is an easy way I can modify the vrpcfg.cfg(Config file) using windows notepad application and upload it other switches using FTP/TFTP server? If there a way can you please explain what is the best practice.

Note: I have tried modifying the vrpcfg.cfg(Config file) and upload it to another switch and changed the startup configuration on the switch and after reboot, I have totally lost the connectivity to the switch.(None of the password is working in console mode). Please help.
