Hi MohamedAliKhouja,

If you want to use tftp software to transfer files, then you only need to set the file directory and the ip address of the computer.

for example:

1、Choose the directory where you save the file

2、Choose the ip address for communication between your computer and the device

The TFTP software does not contain these parameters. If you need to log in to the device for debugging, you can refer to the following link:

- in my Bootload Menu I don't have : Clear password for console user

- here is my Bootload Menu :

Main Menu(bootload ver: 05.28)

1. Boot with default mode
2. Boot from CFcard
3. Enter ethernet submenu
4. Set boot file and path
5. Modify boot ROM password
6. Chkdsk CFcard
7. Format CFcard
8. List file in CFcard
9. Delete file from CFcard
10. List file in USB Device
11. Set patch mode
12. Set version back signal
