Hi All,


i have problem with my modem router with type huawei B311as-853, the problem is modem randomly reset and restart, any firmware or any trouble shoot to solve this one?

Analyze the information you provided. I can see the operations of restarting and resetting the device through the logs.

Due to the special device version (customized version, we have no right to know the customization information), the fault cannot be accurately located based on the fault symptom. 

Therefore, you are advised to find a dealer to replace the equipment.
