Hello, friend!
B311as-853 is a Consumer device.
Currently, no random device reset or restart is found. If this fault occurs on the device, the possible causes/solutions are as follows:
1. log in to the router from other computers connected to the router and restart the router;
2. the power grid voltage fluctuates and the power adapter is restarted due to an insufficient power supply;
3. the two ends of the network cable of the WAN port are in poor contact and as a result, the cable is disconnected and redialed;
4. the automatic restart function is enabled on the device.
You can manually restore the device to its factory settings and then log in to the WebUI of the device (based on the device nameplate). The default user name and password are admin. If the password is incorrect, the device is a customized version. In this case, contact your local ISP for a solution.
You can locate the fault based on the preceding points.
If the device is caused by a hardware failure, you will need to take the device to your local service point for repairs.
Thanks!
