Modem Error Code ERRRPT: 1,17

Hi,
 After reseting huawei modem (E3131), we receive sometimes an error code "ERRRPT:1,17" as I show in the following at commands:

AT+CFUN=0"

IncomingEvent ^SRVST: 0

IncomingEvent ^MODE: 0,0

AT+CFUN=1

IncomingEvent ^SIMST:1,0

IncomingEvent ^MODE: 5,4

^ERRRPT:1,17

IncomingEvent ^SRVST: 2

AT+CREG?

IncomingEvent +CREG: 0,1"

Eventually SIM gets to register in the mobile network (CREG:0,1), but call and sms features fail (error 500).

I tried to find the meaning of ERRRPT: 1,17, but I havent found it. 

Could someone help me?
