I am keen to have mobile internet in my motorhome and am considering a 'MiFi' device such as the E5377 which supports a MIMO aerial as a 'metal box' is cot conducive to receiving a strong signal.
The E5776 appears to have been superseded by the above model according to Amazon! However they describe it a E5377s-32. I don't know what the 's-32' signifies. Further reading a posting by 'Wstyle' on this forum suggests that an E5377Bs-605 exists and that this device can switch between a WiFi source and an 3G/4G/LTE connection. This latter version only appears to be available in USA.
This would be an ideal solution for my as my partner and I could connect several devices at once. Not sure how you would log onto a hotspot which often requires a web interface to enter username and password details.
I intend using the Three network because of their 'Feel at Home' feature in 18 countries. I am based in UK.
