Issues
After the U2000 incident issue, we faced the missing radio performance data for 2 days.
Solution
We can manually synchronize the missing radio performance data using steps below :
- Choose (traditional style); alternatively, double-click Performance in Application Center and choose (application style) or click
to open the Measurement Management window. - On the Status tab page, right-click a node in the navigation tree in the upper left pane or a record in the measurement status list and choose from the shortcut menu.
- In the displayed Synchronize Results dialog box, set the synchronization parameters.
- Optional: Select Enable forced synchronization. The synchronization is time-consuming when you select Enable forced synchronization. You are advised to set the forced supplementary collection period to less than or equal to 2 hours. If the period is greater than 2 hours, some supplementary collection results cannot be parsed and you need to manually synchronize the NE measurement results. Therefore, select this check box based on the actual situation.
- Click OK. A message is displayed, indicating that the synchronization command is delivered. You can view the result synchronization task in the Result Synchronization Management window.
To view measurement result synchronization tasks, perform the following steps:
- Choose (traditional style); alternatively, double-click Performance in Application Center and choose (application style). In the displayed Result Synchronization Management window, click Filter.
- In the displayed Filter dialog box, set the filter criteria.
- Click OK. The measurement result synchronization tasks are displayed in a table. The U2000 server stores the measurement result synchronization data for a maximum of seven days. Data synchronized more than 7 days ago is automatically deleted by the U2000 server. If User of the table is empty, the result synchronization task is an automatic supplementary collection task created by the system.
- To save the synchronization data as a file, perform the following steps:
- In the Synchronize Results dialog box, click Save As.
- In the displayed Save dialog box, specify a save path and set File Name and File Type.
- Click Save. The synchronization data can be save as a file in .xls or .xlsx format.
