【IssueDescription】
Ø In XX deliverables project, according to the installation instructions, the engineer cannot confirm whether shortage the Jumper pin 1 and Jumper pin 2 or not of BIB board in the battery breaker box.
【Root Cause】
Ø In the PDC-(0250,0400,0630) DC0384BXA batterycircuit breakerbox user manual (version 04),theold BIB board jumper cap setting requirements are as follows:
1.30~ 34 12V batteries (60 ~ 48 6V batteries /180 ~ 204 2V batteries), J3 short connection, J4 shortconnection.
2.36 ~ 44 12V batteries (72 ~ 88 6V batteries /216 ~ 264 2V batteries), J3 short connection, J4 not shortconnection.
3.46 ~ 50 12V batteries (92 ~ 100 6V batteries /276 ~ 300 2Vbatteries),J3 not shortconnection, J4 not shortconnection.
Ø PDU8000-(0063,0125) DCV8-BXA002 (version 04) and PDU8000-(0125,0250,0400,0630,0800) DCV8-BXA001 (03 version) Batterycircuit breaker boxuser manual, battery jumpersetting hasbeen removedandthere is no indication whether jumper pins1 and 2 need to be shorted.
【Resolution】
Ø Confirmon site according to the situation
1. According to the differences between the new and old BIB，engineer confirms whether the BIB board on the site is new or not. The differences between the new and old board：the new board with a production date after February 1, 2019, on the qualification card.
2.If for the old board, according to the old board short connection way wiring.
3. Confirm that the new BIB board does not need short jumper, the short jumper will have no impact. Therefore, if it is a new board, the unified confirmation is not short
Ø Update the user manual to make it clear that the jumper pins of the new BIB board are not short.
