Hello,
Please try the below method.

1. Open vbox and right-click on all **_Base related to firewalls to delete -> delete all files.

2. Find the eNSP installation directory, open the path  eNSP\plugin\ngfw\tools\ngfw.

   Find the following three files and open them using an editor: 
   

Find the following line, modify this value to increase memory. 

Modify the three files. Pay attention to the backup before modification, otherwise you can only reinstall eNSP if the file is damaged.
