MediaX server not reachab...

MediaX server not reachable with usm

hello ,


we  having a problem with the MediaX server of in EC6.0 solution , we had tried to restart the services but it didn’t come up it shows as disconnected, all the network cabling is fine but now it appears disconnected. how we can solve this issue ?

thanks , issue is solved
the connection password between USM and MediaX is expired after 90 days.
so we configure the password never expired.
