Problem description
MCU registration GK failed, enter the command line dis gk to see that Register netport is null,Displays unregistered GK on its built-in Web.
Possible reasons for：
There is no network connection between MCU signaling board and GK server.
MCU signaling IP address or registered number conflict.
The signalboard is reversed after IP registration of the specified signalboard.
Historical issues need to be upgraded.
Processing way of thinking:
To determine whether the network between the MCU signaling board and GK is normal, you can ping the GK on the MCU signaling board, or grab a packet from the GK server to see if there is a packet from the MCU signaling board. If the network is not available, you need to get through the network.
Determine whether the IP address of the MCU signaling board conflicts with the IP address of other devices in the network, or whether the MCU registered number and conference number conflict with the number already registered on GK (such as terminal number).
If the registration is pre-defined in GK, you need to confirm whether the MCU USES the same pre-defined number, password and IP to register. For example, the IP address of MCU signaling board is reserved on GK. For some reason, the MCU signaling board is switched to another single board, and the IP is not consistent with the one defined on GK, resulting in the registration failure. The dis board can execute the command to check whether the signal board is the IP defined on GK.
Confirm if the problem is known historically and needs to be resolved by upgrading the software version.
GK cannot be registered after setting GK IP, number and password on MCUweb, but it can be modified through the command line "sys gk-c", and the version between R7C02B018SP04 and R7C02B018SP09 needs to be upgraded from MCU to R7C02B018SP10 and later.
GK adopts dynamic registration, and the probability cannot register GK after MCU signaling board is reversed. Version R7C02B018SP03~ R7C02B018SP09, need to upgrade MCU to R7C02B018SP10 and later.
After the GK server is restarted, the MCU cannot be registered. Version R7C02B018SP03~ R7C02B018SP06, need to upgrade MCU to R7C02B018SP10 and later.
