I am looking for documentation stating the amount of RAM memory supported and the number of ARP addresses for NetEngine 8000 M1A router.

The number of ARP entries supported by the NetEngine 8000 M1A is as follows:
Number of static ARP entries: 2048
Number of dynamic ARP entries: 16384
