Hi,

I got a 'Over voltage alarm' when connecting PV´s in series but the maximum Ocv was calculated to be under 1080v into one of the ports of my Sun2000-12.

When lowering it so that the maximum Ocv was 1026v it is working (When viewing it through App, i could see that the max voltage is around 912v during the day).

Is 1080v the max input Voltage or is it lower?

Hello, dear.

You can refer to the following technical parameters, the recommended 12KTL-M0 working voltage does not exceed 950V.

12KTL

The lower the temperature of the photovoltaic panel, the higher the voltage, most commonly in the morning and evening.
If your DC power supply is not overvoltage, send the log and device SN to the service center eu_inverter_support@huawei.com.
If the AC voltage is abnormal, check whether the AC voltage is within the operating range of the SUN2000.

Hello friend!
- The open-circuit voltage of each PV string is always lower than or equal to 1080 V DC
- If the voltage is greater than 1080 V, too many PV modules configured in the same string. Remove
some PV modules.

input

Thanks!

Ah, Ok. So 950v is actually the upper limit during production and 1080v is a limit that if its exceeded you can damage the system.

Thanks
