How to set the first(Padova) subrack as master, and the up (Brescia) subrack as the slave?

Dear friend!

The subrack connected to the NMS is the master subrack by default. You only need to add another slave subrack. (The prerequisite is that the network cable between the master and slave devices is connected.) The detailed operation procedure depends on the version of the SCC board.
