hi, peter,What OS  is installed on your server? if your OS is linux , please use Tarek ways, if your OS is window, please refer the follow way:
1. Log in to the DeviceManager to check the mapping between the host group and the LUN group. The mapping relationship is normal.
2. Check that the host initiator in the storage is online, and delete the initiator after the application server is shut down.
3. Initiate the iSCSI program service on the application server side, and re-initiate the iSCSI program according to the steps initiated by the windows. After the application server initiates, add a new initiator to the host in the storage, and the application server is still shut down.
4. After the troubleshooting, clear the IP and collection targets, volumes and devices in the application server.
5. Then re-initiate the iSCSI program service. After restarting the application server, you can see the drive letter of the E and H disks. The application server will not automatically shut down and the device will run normally.

Command #mount is logical it will disappear after reboot
To be permanent # must add it under fstab file as below,

#to check all the shared disks
fdisk -l | grep sd
#to check the file system of the disk
Blkid /dev/sda
#add it under fstab file
#vi /etc/fstab
Disk mount point filesystem options
/dev/sda /mount/folder xfs _netdev,rw 0 0
