1. Symptom Description
The inverter status indicates that it needs to be manually started. The DC indicator and grid-tied indicator blink green alternately. Turn off the AC/DC switch and power on the inverter again 5 minutes later. The inverter still has no output.

2. Analyze logs and check whether the inverter status is Shutdown (manually started). Check historical alarms and records that the inverter has only a power grid overvoltage alarm.
According to the fault time, the SUN2000 shuts down and stops running just after the alarm is generated.
3. If the inverter does not have other abnormal alarms and the sampling values are normal, the inverter is in the command shutdown state. Instruct the customer to start the inverter again and the inverter is connected to the grid.
4. The customer reports that the power-off command has not been executed. Why does this occur?
Checked the operation records of the inverter. No operation record was found when the problem occurred,
After checking the hosting cloud parameter settings, the customer disabled automatic startup upon grid fault recovery. As a result, the inverter was shut down when overvoltage occurred.
4. Summary
1. After the inverter is shut down, the inverter can run only after being powered on. Power-off restart is invalid.
