This section describes how to manage your installer account. You already create an installer account that is similar with administrator account for your company.
Below we will se different operation about how to manage your installer account.
Create structures under your installer account
Your company colaborate with many installers company. In order to manage easy all the companys you need to create for each company a structure (company).
This operation will separte the instaaller and will not interact with each other.
From settings menu-->User management-->Company +-->Add Company-->fill all the details and confirm


2. Create users
All the accounts that you create will be created under your company. You will have access and control for all the users and the plants that will be created under your company by the other users.
2.1 Create user for your partner with the same right
If you want to create an installer user under your account with the same right as you follow thw below steps.
From settings menu choose User management-->Add-->Fill all the details for the new user adn select your company-->choose installer role-->Associate plants select your company in order that the new installer account to have the same right as you.

2.2 Create installer account
After you create company under your account you need to create an installer account for each company that will be admin account for the company account.
From settings menu choose User management-->Add-->Fill all the details for the new account and choose your company-->choose installer role-->at Associates plants select the only the company that you create the account

The new installer account will have access only for the company that you assign and will not have access at the other company and plants. After this operation he will be able to add accounts and plants under his company and you will have access to all.
2.3 Create account for customer
After a new installation you need to create an user for your customer.
From settings menu choose User management-->Add-->Fill all the details for the new account and choose your company-->choose owner role-->at Associates plants select only the plant that you already created

After this operation the customer will have access only to his plant.
Remember that the owner role is restricted and don't have the same right as installer.
3. Create a new role under your company
Your installler account have the maximum option permited by Huawei for monitoring portal. You test the other role and you are not sstisfied by the option that the customer could have. You can create a new role for your customer with more option in order to optimize the right.
From Settings menu choose Role management-->Add-->select customize role-->select the right for the new role

After this operation when you create an user you can choose the new role created.
