Mac OS cannot access the SSL VPN

Hello,

Our customer are using USG6330 to provide the SSL VPN for the mobile employees to access into the internal network from the internet. But neither the employees who use the Chrome, nor the employees who use the MacOS PC could access the SSL VPN. And it's normal for the Windows users.

Is there any solutions to solve that problem?

The firmware version is usg6000v100r001c30sph606.pat

Hi @user_3534491,
currently, V100R001 version doesn't support secoclient, so it is impossible to support Mac OS system, Please try upgrading to V500Rxx version, then customer can install secoclient, secoclient can support Mac OS 10.14 version.
