Mac Filter on Huawei DG8045 Router

I have a problem and i really dont know how to fix
When i go to mac filter to block some devices its didnt appears any devises like the image on the below attach

First, it should be noted that the DG8045 supports MAC address filtering. The problem occurs in either of the following situations: 1. The configuration operation is incorrect, for example, the MAC address is invalid. 2. There is a problem with the device. In the first case, you need to check whether the configuration is correct and try to restart the device. In the second case, you need to provide more information about the device. For more information about how to collect devices, click: ONT Information Collection GuideAs your device is an ISP series device, you are advised to contact your ISP for a solution.
