@daniellima Hi,
you can check the MAC address capacity through command display mac-address summary, please check link https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100053999&id=EN-US_CLIREF_0141121473&text=display%2525252Bmac-address%2525252Bsummary&lang=en

Hi,
The mac table supported in switch CE12800:
Each device maintains a MAC address table. A MAC address table records the MAC address, VLAN ID and outbound interfaces learned from other devices. When forwarding a data frame, the device searches the MAC table for the outbound interface according to the destination MAC address and VLAN ID in the frame. This helps the device reduce broadcasting.
For more details please refer to the link:

MPU:
Steady on: The card is in power-off state. (For example, the card has been forcibly powered off using the power offcommand or is about to start.)

LPU:
  • Steady on: The card is in power-off state. (For example, the card has been forcibly powered off using the power off command or is about to start.)
  • Blinking: When the card is installed in the CE12804/CE12808/CE12812/CE12816 chassis, you can run the set device id-led { on | off } [ slot slot-id ] command in the diagnostic view to configure the PWR, FAN, SFU, and MPU indicators on the chassis header and RUN/ALM indicator of the card to blink yellow simultaneously. In this way, maintenance personnel can quickly find the chassis and card.

Hi chenhui,

I don't have access to the switch's CLI interface, and I need to check my client's MAC size.

Thanks for your explanation, but right now I need to find this information in internal documentation like Hedex and Datasheet, for example.

thanks

The Capacity of MAC addresses supported by different LPUs is different. If you know the LPU model, consult the pre-sales personnel for the specifications
