Possible causes:
The network between the MA5603T and the U2000 is faulty.
Two MA5603Ts are configured incorrectly.
The MA5603T configuration does not match the U2000 configuration.
The MA5603T is abnormal.
If the configuration is correct, perform the following debugging to check whether the alarm is generated.

(diagnose)%%terminal debugging
(diagnose)%%terminal monitor
Use the NMS to synchronize device alarms, or open another Telnet/SSH terminal to log in to or log out of the device.
