MA5633 - HS33CDAF - Fail status

currently we have an issue with our MA5633 connected behind a MA5800.

In the alarm log we have following entry:

ALARM 14291 FAULT MAJOR 0x02310000 EQUIPMENT 2021-07-15 02:39+01:00

  ALARM NAME  : The communication between the board and the control board fails

  SRVEFF      : SA

  PARAMETERS  : FrameID: 1, SlotID: 1, Board Name: CDA

  DESCRIPTION : The communication of the board interrupted ,the services in the board fail

  CAUSE       : The communication with the control board is abnormal

  ADVICE      : (1)There is no need to deal with it if the operation for resetting the board or loading software is performed (2)Check whether the board is in position, If yes, reset the board, If not, insert the board again(3)Reload the board software

We did try to resett he board, but it didnt work. Also the other advices hadn’t worked for us.
