MA5633: Failure: Optical-receiver is not online, command failed

Hi! We have problem with CATV optical receiver builted in MA5633. It's offline. Remote reboot chassis not helps. Is it possible to restart it remotly. Usually  only chassis cold reset helps.

If your device is showing an abnormal optical power of the optical receiver, t
he possible causes are as follows:


1. the output power of the optical transmitter located at the head end is excessively high or low;


2. the pigtail is bent or insecurely connected to the optical receiver.
