MA5616 VDSL Bonding

I have one of our MA5616's that we are trying to get VDSL bonding at 17a working. I think I am missing something in the service port but am not sure. I can see two mac addresses of the zyzel modem we have on the other end and both lines are up at 17a around 16db. Below is what I am seeing that I think helps but I can't find any documentation on VDSL bonding.

the zyzel modem can support vdsl bonding or not? if yes, try to deactive the vdsl port and re-active again to check it
