Today, I'd like to share a case with you.
Problem description: If you have 2 ONTs registered on frame0/slot0/port0 and both workfine but something strange is seen on other ports. As you can see on picturebelow these 2 ONTs are also visible as unregistered.
On ports 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 we see thesame SNs in UnRegistered ONU tab. How is it possible? There is nothingconnected physically to these ports...
Solution: Synchonize the OLT with the U2000.
Choose View > Main Topologyfrom the main menu (traditional style); alternatively, double-click Topo View in ApplicationCenter (application style). In PhysicalRoot, select the NE to be operated, right-click, and choose Synchronize NE ConfigurationData from the shortcut menu.
