HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello,

I have a Huawei MA5600T, and now it prompts me the board exception alarm as shown in the following figure. Can someone explain this to me? In addition, I want to know whether it affects my services (because no exception occurs so far).

alarm

Thanks.

Hi, backwaves.

You can obtain more information about this alarm from the following link to the product documentation:

0x02310018 The board hardware is abnormal

In addition, the first parameter in the figure is 1:6 and the second parameter is 2:1, which means that the coin battery undervoltage alarm is generated. The main reason may be the board using too many years causes coin battery power not enough.

It does not affect services, but it affects some debugging records, and debugging information is lost if the device is restarted.

The following figure shows an example of the coin battery:

Since the coin battery is attached to the mainboard and may not be easy to replace, it is recommended that you return the board to your product provider for repair.

Thanks.

Hello user! hope it can help:

Root Cause:
The root cause of FPGA abnormal is that when processing ultra short packet, whose packet length is less than 16  bytes, the FPGA went into abnormal mode and the communication was interrupted.

Solution:
We checked the latest version V800R018C10HP2013 and the issue does no longer exist due to the optimization on FPGA in the intermediate version.

Please download this version on the website below.
